So, we all know that oats are healthy, but they dont have to be boring at all. Here is a fresh idea for an even fresher start to your day!

2 tablespoon oats, 1 tablespoon thick yogurt, ½ banana, ½ cup of another fruit (berries are perfect, but any milk friendly fruit will do the job), ½ tablespoon maple syrup, cold milk as required



  1. Transfer all the ingredients with only a couple of spoons of milk at first, together in a blender and whizz them together, ensuring to form a smooth paste.
  2. Add more milk to achieve the desired consistency and whizz once again.
  3. Serve cold in the morning for a fresh start.
