Walnut salsa dip
For a nutty change in the regular salsa…a must try
3 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 6 – 7 walnuts, 1 green chilli, a handful of chopped coriander, 6 whole pitted black olives, ½ bell pepper, ½ tablespoon sugar, ¼ tablespoon dried mixed herbs, 1 tablespoon olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
- Grind all the above ingredients together in a food processer.
- Serve with nachos, celery sticks…or even roasted chicken!
